- Our goal is to have your order processed and fulfilled within the same business day. Fulfillment can take from 1-2 business days (More if the item is not in stock). We always use express shipping for domestic orders, meaning 2-3 business days max for shipping to arrive , of course depending the carrier option the customer chooses at checkout.
- We try to get order shipped as fast as possible while still upholding to our standard of quality.

- Currently we support domestic shipping and some international shipping. Free shipping is applied for orders over $50.00 on domestic ONLY.

- Prices may also vary depending which carrier company you choose, such as USPS , UPS or DHL.
- International shipping time vary on carrier and destination of package.

- All duties (if any apply) must be paid and covered by the customer. We are not responsible for any type of duties. No matter the country.
Shows delivered but not received:
- If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS , DHL) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
- As soon as we ship your order , the carrier becomes responsible for lost and damaged packages. We can always help out by contacting them and see what the issue is. But we cannot be responsible for lost packages or damaged packages.
- Once the order is processed and fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number immediately.
- When the carrier receives your package and scans it , the tracking info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)
- If you do not receive an email with tracking please contact us at immediately at email@example.com
- If you need an address correction please contact us immediately.
- We will not be responsible for a reshipment label.
Orders was sent back to us:
- Orders that have undeliverable address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back we will contact you for an address update inmediately.
- All reshipped items will need a new shipping label, Customer is in charge of payment of new shipping label to be able to reship.
- Once the order is reshipped out you will receive a new tracking number immediately.
